The past two weekends have without a doubt been outstanding! And that is simply because of the outstanding efforts our recent participants (and newly crowned graduates) displayed. Because of their Hard work, patience and dedication, North Carolina now has additional citizens who are responsible, respectful, knowledgeable and trained to properly and safely employ their personal handguns in a variety of settings.
